He was predeceased by: his parents, John G. Franke and Helen B. Franke (Bennet); his former wife Phyllis Franke (Lowery); and his brother John Franke. He is survived by: his wife Lorna Franke (Bailey); his children, Scott Franke and Diane Beening (Michael); his brother Thomas Franke (Chris); and his grandchildren, William Franke and Rachel Franke.
