As Stephen departs from our midst, his spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Stephen. Though Stephen may no longer walk beside us, his legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Markin and Beverly Markin (Schroeder); and his wife Doriene Markin. He is survived by: his daughters, Stephanie Humm and Michelle Courtney (Nathan); his close friend Darlene Sigler; and his grandchildren, Danielle Nelson, Reagan Lamble, Braedyn Humm, Garrett Humm and Scarlett Courtney.
