Curtis; his mother Virginia Gore; his grandchildren, MaKenna, Samantha, Jackson, Hannah, Keilah, Mackenzie, Emma, Alexandra, Olivia, Adam, Ashley and Anna; his great grandchild Michael of Evansville; and his cousins, David Stitt and Susan Mooney.
