She is survived by: her children, Tammy Belcher and Jeff; her daughter-in-law Kristin Cobb; her former husband William Joseph Cobb; her siblings, Paula Kovar, Wendy Winks (Jim) and Lynford Garland (Pat); her grandchildren, Sean Belcher (Tina), Sarah Locchetta (Steven), Jonah Cobb (Rachel), Emily Whitcomb (Justin) and Jacob Cobb (Isabelle); and her great grandchildren, Kenley, Leia, Ryker, Winter, Noah, Maverick, Ellie, Alexander, Hudson and Noelle.
