He was predeceased by: his parents, Clara Neumann (Glaser) and Charles Neumann; his wife Elvira Neumann (Blume); and his siblings, Bertha Dame, Rosalia Simpkins, Madeline Rexing, John David Neumann, Billy Neumann and Hugo Neumann.
He is survived by: his children, Steven Neumann and Julie Hornbrook (Rob); his grandchildren, Kari Opel (Wayne), Ashley Thomas (Nolan), Cody Hornbrook and Mallory Snyder (Evan); his great grandchildren, Matthew Lynch (Hailey), Luke Lynch, Gunnar Opel, Camden Opel, Noah Hornbrook, Nelson Thomas and Clark Thomas; and his siblings, Agnes Luigs, Antoinette Barr, Sally Guess, Lawrence Neumann and Harold Neumann (Rosie). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
