She was predeceased by: her parents, Marion Whobrey and Della Whobrey (Smith); her husband Donald Gross; her siblings, Charles Whobrey, Ruth Southard and Trilby Ball; and her half-siblings, Howard Miller, Preston Miller, Hobart Whobrey, Everett Whobrey, James Whobrey, Woodson Whobrey and Hallie Whobrey.
She is survived by: her children, John Gross (Donna), Kirby Gross and Sara Rombola (Greg); her grandchildren, Lauren Piekos (Chris), Lisa Gross, Diana Rombola, Michael Rombola (Le) and Melissa Rombola; her great grandchild Elliott Piekos; and her cousin Marilyn McCall. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
