He was predeceased by: his girlfriend Peggy Gross; and his granddaughter Corrin Boyd. He is survived by: his children, Tammie Piper (Michael) and Shane Lynch (Kristi); his cousin Ricky Thompson; Penny Kane (Michael) and Mindy Smith (Brian).
