He was predeceased by: his parents, Sarah Elva Elizabeth (Bach) and Dr. William H. Allen; and his sister-in-law Pamela Fisher. He is survived by: his wife Kaye Allen; his daughter Sarah Webb; his stepchildren, Audrey Dove and Brian Baker; his granddaughters, Maci Allen and Aspen Webb; his sister Wendy Allen (Chuck); and his foster brothers, Dr. William Fisher (Denise) and Richard Fisher.
