He is survived by: his wife Terrie Mathis (Stonecipher); and his children, Bobby Moore (Cheryl), Charles "Chuck" Mathis (Paige), Travis Payne Mathis (Angel), Taylor Ray Mathis (Jordan) and Josi Rae Mathis (Logan May).
