Trey left this world on March 24, 2026 at the age of 23, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Oneida Hill, Ida M. Harris, Donald Kaiser and Willie Harris; and his uncles, Bob and James Leavell.
He is survived by: his parents, Doneida Sims and Anthony Leavell; his wife Nyah A. Leavell; his son Kylen Leavell; his siblings, Anthony L. Leavell, Amber Boyle (Jason), Matthew Sims (Alyssa) and John Sims (Haley); and his parents-in-law, Nick and Carolin Owens. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
