She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, William A., Sr. and Clara Mae Hall (King); her brother William A. "Bill" Hall (Susan); her sister-in-law Kimberly Hall; her siblings' children, Christopher Hall (Amanda), Jamie Hall Till, Denny Hall, Jr. (Jennifer), Derek Hall (Krystal) and Lacey Hall Kilbarger (Ben); her great-nieces and great-nephews, Dylan, Keegan Hall, Mason, Miles, Michael Till, Reese, Olivia Hall, Brooklyn, Blake Hall and Annabelle Kilbarger; and her brother Denny Hall, Sr..

Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 23rd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the St. John Evangelist Catholic Church (5301 Daylight Dr, Evansville, IN 47725). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Thursday, October 23rd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Thursday, October 23rd 2025 at 3:30 PM at the Old Chapel Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, Vicki's family requests that memorial contributions be made to Easter Seals Rehabilitation Center, 3701 Bellemeade Avenue, Evansville, IN 47714.
