She was predeceased by: her parents, Margaret Rose (Folz) and Alfred John Goldbach; her son Gary Chase; her siblings, Helen Arrick, Emily Cannon, Paul, Lawrence, Charles and Maurice Bernard Goldbach; her grandson Gary Joseph Chase, Jr.; and her great grandchildren, Elizabeth Marie Austin and Kaitlyn Rose Milburn.
She is survived by: her son Bradley Chase (Shirley) of Cunningham, TN; her brother Tommy Goldbach (Linda) of Mt. Vernon, IN; her grandchildren, Kenneth, Kim, Tracee, Travis, Kelly, Ben and Codi; her great grandchildren, Heather, Darren, Kevin, Jacob, Klarissa, Breana, Hunter, Linus, Felix, Hanno, Simon, Ilva, Samuel, Dominick, Elijah and Noah; and her great great grandchildren, Madalyn, Anthony, Mason and Alex.
