He was predeceased by: his parents, Virginia Lowe, (Cunningham) and William Walters "Bink" Lowe, Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Lynn Lowe; his children, Melanie Lowe-Futrell (Jimmy) and Ken Lowe (Nancy); his stepchildren, Cathy Graybill and John M. Graybill; his grandsons, Kyle Lowe (Brooke) and Kevin Lowe (Aubrey); his stepgranddaughters, Lexi Graybill, Elizabeth Graybill Reynolds (Jeff) and Ashley Futrell Volk (Jeremy); and his sister-in-law Carol Buske. He is also survived by great-grandchildren.
