The passing of Wayne T. Herrmann of Evansville, Indiana occurred on October 10, 2026. Wayne, born on June 30, 1938, is remembered by those who knew him. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Herrmann and Eleanore Herrmann (Kercher); his son Jeff Herrmann; his sister Treva; and his siblings-in-law, Jim Reibel, Urban Wolf and Rita Wolf.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Herrmann (Wolf); his children, Carol Sanders (Tim Neese) and Tom Herrmann (Yvonne); his grandsons, Zachary (Elizabeth Herrmann) and Adam (Alyssa Herrmann); and his great grandchildren, Sophie Herrmann, Gracie Herrmann, Collins, Lincoln and Easton Herrmann.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Friday, October 16th 2026 from 10:30 AM to 11:00 AM. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Resurrection Catholic Church (5301 New Harmony Rd, Evansville, IN 47720-1775).
Memorial contributions may be made to Resurrection Catholic Church or Mater Dei High School.
