He was predeceased by: his wife Judith Ann "Murphy" Perkins; his parents, Lawrence Perkins and Georgia Mae "Edwards" Perkins; and his brother Michael Perkins. He is survived by: his children, Chris Perkins (Anita) of Vincennes, IN and Cathy Rice (John) of Indianapolis, IN; his grandchildren, Stephen Davis Jr., Nicole Boyd (Marv), Aaron Davis (Tia), Ashely Robbins (Jessie), Levi Perkins (Christina) and Christie Ruppel (Trevor); his great grandchildren, Erica, Makala, Natalie, Jacklynn, Jessa, Jessie Oliver, Addie, Jaxston and Georgia; his brothers, Wayne Perkins (Carol) of Vincennes, IN, Charles "Chuck" Perkins of Vincennes, IN and Steve Perkins (Nanette) of Vincennes, IN; and his sister-in-law Lesa Perkins. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
