He was predeceased by: his parents, J. Frank Marks, Jr. and Ruth Marks (Gore); and his siblings, Janice Irene Marks and Robert Judd Marks. He is survived by: his siblings, Mary Lynn Isaacs (Jim), John Marks (Judith), Michael Marks and David Marks; his sister-in-law Mary Jo Marks; and his aunts, Beverly June Gore and Beverly Jo Gore. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews and cousins.
