William Eugene Burk Obituary
We announce the death of William Eugene Burk of Evansville, Indiana, who passed away on July 21, 2026, at the age of 92. William will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas "Turk" Baxter and Viola Baxter; his son Donald "Mark" Burk; and his brothers, George Thomas Burk (Beverly) and Henry "Edward" Burk.
He is survived by: his wife Sara Burk (Keys) of Evansville, IN; his son Roy Wayne Burk of Evansville, IN; his grandchildren, Addison Burk, Kelsey Pharr (Jason) and Linda Burk; his great grandchildren, Anderson Burk, Watson Pharr and Webber Pharr; and his sisters-in-law, Barbara Burk and Becky McKee. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
