He is survived by: his wife Carol Evans (Evrard); his daughters, Crystal McIntosh (Rob) and Angela Skelton (Glenn); his grandchildren, Haily Towery (Alex), Kayla Carter, Jakob Carter, Jonah Fish, Alayna Skelton, Madison Hinton (Schuyler) and Taylor Lant (Christopher); his great grandchildren, Elijah, Josie, Ivy, Tyler and Amelia; his siblings, Michael Evans (Cindy), David Evans (Rosanna), Patricia Levell (Jim) and Mary Merrill (Dennis); his sister-in-law Joan Evans; and his friend Mary Lou Fish.
