William L McCoy Obituary

William L. "Bill" McCoy, 70, of Evansville, IN passed away Wednesday, June 5, 2024. He was born in Evansville, IN on January 27, 1954 to the late Robert G. McCoy Sr. and Nancy J. (Quick) McCoy.

Bill enjoyed working on cars, western movies, the movie Pitch Perfect. He had a great sense of humor and could always make others laugh. He was a prankster. He was an Army veteran and member of the Eagles. Bill was a loving husband, great father and grandfather. He most enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren.

Bill is survived by his wife, Anita McCoy; daughters, Regina Griffey (David) and Cecelia Leek-Lindsay; sons, William L McCoy Jr., Eric, Anthony and Jonathan; daughter, Cindy McCoy; grandchildren, Brandon Christian (Katrina) and Lamar Griffey Crenshaw; great grandchildren, Kay'lee Crenshaw, Khloe Crenshaw, Kay'den Crenshaw, Luka Crenshaw, Ayla Wolfe and Jaylen Christian.
