He is survived by: his sister Betty Faver; his siblings-in-law, Carl Minton (Phebe) and Charlotte Green (Bill); and his nieces and nephews, Lisa Bagby, Kelly Raney, Amy Miller, Beth Ann Packer, LeAnn Martin, Andrea Nuhfer, Phyllis Walter, Lisa Herzog, Rick Miller, Marvin Coomes and David Gillihan.
