He is survived by: his brother Stephen Wurtz (Carol); his stepmother Marilyn Wurtz; his aunts, Bonnie Howard and Shirley Sanders; and his cousins, Eric Howard (Robin), P. J. Howard (Tammy), Bruce Howard (Ruth), Paul Howard and Scott Howard. He is also survived by second cousins and friends.

A graveside service will be held on Saturday, October 4th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Rose Hill Cemetery (5133 Old Indiana 261, Newburgh, IN 47630).
