With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Robert Milton Rund of Fairland, Indiana, who passed away on April 24, 2026 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John Hubert Rund and Helen Elizabeth Rund (Richards); his mother-in-law Carol Lee Rund (Wells); his former wife Carol Lee; and his siblings, John Wendell Rund, Ellen Jane Hendricks (Melvin) and Patricia Anne Coy (William).
He is survived by: his wife Carol Ann Wells (Scheffler); his children, Robert M. Rund (Linda) of Fairland, Karen A. Fruits (Rund) of Whiteland, Mark S. Rund (Darcy) of Helmsburg, Matthew A. Rund (Donna) of Fishers and Caleb W. Rund (Cressa) of Fairland; his stepdaughters, Kimberly Palmer (Morris) of Melbourn Fl and Sheila Wells of Westfield; and his siblings, William Bert Rund (Bonnie) of Greentown and Linda Beth Bowers (John) of Livingston, IL.. He is also survived by 18 grandkids.
