She was predeceased by: her parents, John Allen (Becky Allen) and Selita Lowe (Alfred Lowe); her spouse Frankie Moon; her siblings, Becky Simms, Micheale Foor, Marjorie Fugate, Iva Stevens and Clifford Lowe; and her nieces and nephews, Lois Coty, Missy Stevens, Jamie Allen and Gregory Steinfield.

She is survived by: her daughter Amy Rapp (Mike Breeden); her significant other James Bertram; her grandchildren, Dakota and Cheyanna Breeden; and her siblings, Lita Freeman (Craig), Debbie Logan and John Allen (Mindy).

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the funeral home to help with expenses.
