She was predeceased by: her parents, John Allen (Becky Allen) and Selita Lowe (Alfred Lowe); her spouse Frankie Moon; her siblings, Becky Simms, Micheale Foor, Marjorie Fugate, Iva Stevens and Clifford Lowe; and her siblings' children, Lois Coty, Missy Stevens, Jamie Allen and Gregory Steinfield.
She is survived by: her daughter Amy Rapp (Mike Breeden); her significant other James Bertram; her grandchildren, Dakota and Cheyanna Breeden; and her siblings, Lita Freeman (Craig), Debbie Logan and John Allen (Mindy).
Visitation will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Fairmount Chapel of Armes-Hunt Life Celebration Funeral Home and Cremation Services (415 S Main St, Fairmount, IN 46928). A funeral service will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the funeral home to help with expenses.
