He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence E. Haisley Sr. and Hazel I. Shaw (Doyle); his siblings, MaraBelle Johnson, Florence Stookey, Harley, Howard "Hob" and Doyte Haisley; and his son-in-law Mike Carpenter.
He is survived by: his wife Arlene Haisley; his children, Tony Haisley (Lori) and Deb Carpenter; his grandchildren, David Haisley (Katy) and Sarah Conner (Brandon); and his great grandchildren, Cadence, Landyn, Reese, Mack Haisley, Harper, Laekyn and Bryer Conner.
