She was predeceased by: her parents, Talmadge Cox and Stella Cox (Burnette); her husband Arza Goodwin; her siblings, Esker Cox, Clifford Cox, Billy Cox, Stan Cox, Cecil Cox, Wanda Hedden and Jean Slater; her daughters, Rhonda Blakley, Sharlene Ferguson and Yvonne Blakley; and the father of her children Bill Blakley.
She is survived by: her children, Cynthia Collins (Danny), Marion, Kim Burnette (Jim) of Owensboro, KY and Roger Blakley (Stacie) of Darlington, PA; her grandchildren, Jenica Callender (Brett), Ryan Collins (Cierra), Chad Rusher (Lanaya) and Noah Blakley; and her close friend Thelma. She is also survived by four great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
