He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Martz and Cora Hazel Martz (Moore). He is survived by: his wife Phyllis; his children, Linda Moore (Bob) of Magnolia, TX and Larry Martz (Patrice) of Shepherdsville, KY; his grandchildren, Jessica Martz, Kristin Pesz (Brent), Jake Martz (Olivia) and Shawn Blackaby (Josh); his great grandchildren, Evan Martz (Shelby), Taylor Byers (Matt) and Will Blackaby; and his great great grandchildren, Beau and Kingston Byers. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
