Jack Shaffner Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jack Shaffner (Fairmount, Indiana), who passed away on October 18, 2025 at the age of 95. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Jack Shaffner to pay them a last tribute.
As we bid Jack farewell, let us not mourn the absence of his physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of his spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Jack is not truly gone, but merely transformed, his energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Arlie Shaffner and Charlotte "Ruth" Shaffner; the mother of his children Joyce Shaffner; and his son Mark Allen Shaffner. He is survived by: his wife Winnie Shaffner; and his son Michael Shaffner. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
