He is survived by : his mother Delores Cook (Miller); his wife Victoria Thompson; his children, Jennifer McZegle (Shane Green) of Marion, Christy Rockwell (Rock) of Marion and Corey Belcher of Fairmount; his grandchildren, Cody McCallister, Taylor McCallister (Brittney), Landon McDaniel, Andrew Rumple (Katey), Hunter Rumple (Haylee), Wyatt Rumple, Kylie McZegle, Lorelei Rockwell and Rachel Belcher; his siblings, Ronnie Cook (Darvena), Lawrence "Keal" Cook, Neal Cook, Donna Belcher, Susie McGee (Scott), Lisa Moon and Kathy Devine; and his siblings-in-law, Cindy Lines (David) and Brian Thompson (Cheryl). He is also survived by three great-grandchildren.
