He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilda Gladys (Lewis) and John M. Nave; his siblings, Margaret Joan Kane and Robert Wayne Nave; his daughter-in-law Connie Nave; and his sister-in-law Trudy Nave.
He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Joann (Vardaman); his children, David Nave, Joyce McCabe and Sharon Witthun (George); his grandchildren, John Dean (Ruth), Kristie (Branden), Steven, Terra (Mark), Ted, Kenneth (Lisa) and Marilyn; and his close friend Jim Moore.
