He is survived by: his wife Helen Vandelene; his son Charles Robert Reff of Marion, Indiana; his siblings, Diane Cowart of Gaston Indiana and Randy Reff of Matthews, Indiana; and his siblings' children, Brandi Reff of Alexandria, Indiana, Gabe Reff of Gaston and Jason Reff of Cookeville, Tennessee..
