He was predeceased by: his parents, Milo Joseph Jefferies Sr. and Betty L. Jefferies (McDaniel); and his sister Daena Shaffer. He is survived by: his wife Janie L. Jefferies (Thompson); his children, Staci A. Jefferies and Shane C. Jefferies; his granddaughters, Alexis of Fairmount and Brittani Jefferies of Fairmount; his sisters, Deborah Thompson (Larry), Matthews, Delene Kramer, DeeDee Kinder (Russ) and LaFontaine; and his sisters-in-law, Darlene Dunham, Marylou Winslow (Marcus) and Jonesboro.

Memorial contributions may be made to Gilead Ministries in care of the funeral home.
