She is survived by: her husband Jeff Carson; her daughters, Kelly Burtzlaff (Craig) of Fishers and Elizabeth Polivick (Brendon) of Noblesville, Indiana; and her grandchildren, Benjamin, Samuel Burtzlaff, Jensen and Sage Polivick.
