He was predeceased by: his parents, Adlai Deisler and June Deisler (Slife). He is survived by: his wife Mary Dutiel of Oakfield, Ohio.; his children, Sue Melton (Tony) of Fairmount, Marilyn Woolard (Dave) of Hartford City, Rick Deisler (Bonita) of Ottawa Lake, MI and Mark Deisler (Annette) of Marion; his grandchildren, Cassie Melton, Annie Cheek (Jared), Zack Melton, Breezey Fox (Erik), Lesley Dieckmann (Terry), Alex Jamieson (Sara), Josh Lowe (Brandon), Nathan Deisler, Abby Bratt (Nick), Adlai Deisler (Emily) and Anna Cunningham (Conner); his sister Wava Peterson of EauClaire, WI; and his caregivers, Joni, Kristina, Teri, Sam, Gabby, Ave and Tiffany. He is also survived by 16 great-grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, November 3rd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Westview Wesleyan Church (1300 W 6th St, Jonesboro, IN 46938). A burial will be held on Tuesday, November 4th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Park Cemetery (7843 S 150 E, Fairmount, IN 46928). A celebration of life will be held on Tuesday, November 4th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Westview Wesleyan Church (1300 W 6th St, Jonesboro, IN 46938).
