It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Fannie Mae Stewart in Fairview Park, Indiana, who passed away on February 9, 2024, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband William E. "Gene" Stewart; her parents, Henry Daniel Young and Leitha Elizabeth Fulford Young; and her siblings, Preston Young, Zilmon Young, Cessum Young and Paul Young.
She is survived by: her daughter Debra "Debbie" Stewart Smith (David) of Dublin, GA; her grandson Daniel Smith of Dublin, GA; her sister Nell Maddox of Milledgeville, GA; her niece Dr. Alpha Jeanelle Watson of Minter, GA; and her siblings-in-law, Maggie Mimbs Young of Minter, GA, Virginia "Ginger" Hester Young of Minter, GA and Charles Stewart (Cathy) of Highland, IL. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
