She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence Ebert and Lorene Ebert (Gudorf); her husband Roman L. Denning; her stepfather Theodore Meyer Sr.; her brother Edgar Ebert; and her nephew Paul Ebert.
She is survived by: her children, Steve Denning (Maria) of Ferdinand, Jody Denning (Amanda) of Ferdinand and Suzy Denning (Ann Wahl) of St. Meinrad; her close friend Ed Kieper of Ferdinand; her grandchildren, Jamison Denning, Riley Denning and Taylor Denning; and her siblings, Marie Gessner (Frank) of Ferdinand, Charlie Ebert (Carol) of Dubois, Pat, David Meyer of Duff and Theodore Meyer Jr. of Texas.
