She was predeceased by : her birth mother Marta Wahl; her adoptive mother Donna Forston; and her nephew Justin Ubelhor. She is survived by : her mother Marta Wahl; her husband Greg Ubelhor of Ferdinand; her stepdaughter Kendra Ubelhor of Ferdinand; and her siblings, Jeff Heim of Ferdinand, Phil Butler of Huntingburg, Angie Ubelhor of French Lick and Belinda Hall of Huntingburg.
