She is survived by: her brother James Louis Shively; her sister-in-law Ina Jean Shively (Menser); her brother William Eugene Shively; her sister-in-law Brenda Kay Shively (Hardesty); and her sister Beverly Ann Sablik (Shively). She is also survived by her nieces and nephews, and her religious family.
