With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of James Hildenbrand of Ferdinand, Indiana, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 26, 2026 at the age of 74. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Hildenbrand and Virginia Hildenbrand (Fuchs); his brother Ken Hildenbrand; and his brother-in-law Tom Goldsberry. He is survived by: his wife Brenda Gehlhausen of Ferdinand; his daughters, Tammy Feldpausch (Mark Kirkpatrick) of Jeffersonville, Amy Porter (James) of Evansville, Jamie Wong (Derek) of Scottsdale, AZ and Tina Todesco (Mike) of Libertyville, IL; his siblings, Randall "Shorty" Hildenbrand (Connie) of Ferdinand, Kevin Hildenbrand (Glenda) of Mariah Hill, Steven Hildenbrand (Diana) of Lebanon, IN, Janice Morris (Jon) of Mariah Hill and Jane Simon of Santa Claus; his sister-in-law Melissa Hildenbrand of Rexburg, ID; his grandchildren, Kloey Meyer (Ethan), Kaden Feldpausch, Myles, Sydney Susott, Olivia, Lauren, Allison, Spencer Wong, Claire and Connor Todesco; and his great grandchild Bowen Patrick Meyer.
