We are sad to announce that, on April 26, 2026, at the age of 101, Margaret A. Ruhe of Ferdinand, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Pieper and Rosa Pieper (Heichelbech); her husband Arthur G. Ruhe; her daughter Mary Kay Ruhe; and her siblings, Anna Marie Reyling, Veronica Meinking (Sis), Henry, Ed, Leroy and Al Pieper.
She is survived by: her children, Stan Ruhe (Mary), Karen Ruhe, Connie Dilger (George) and Paul Ruhe; her brother Joe Pieper; her sister-in-law Kay Ruhe; her grandchildren, Phil Ruhe (Kristen), Ashley O'Connor (Shawn), Ted Dilger (Danielle) and Daniel Dilger (Kerri); and her great grandchildren, Anna, Evan, Elin Ruhe, Cecilia and Clara Dilger.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the Sisters of St. Benedict in Ferdinand or to a favorite charity.
