He was predeceased by: his parents, William E. Jr. Tobin and Edna Tobin (Schwinghamer); and his brother-in-law Lee Mehling. He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Tobin of St. Henry; his sons, Ronald "Toby" Tobin (LaDonna) of St. Henry, Michael Tobin (Anita) of Ferdinand and Daniel Tobin (Candace) of Huntingburg; his siblings, Shirley Mehling of Evansville, Mary Kissinger (Steve) of Evansville, Martha Tenbarge (Gene) of Evansville and Patti Huber (Don) of Evansville; and his grandchildren, Brenna, Brent (Shanna), Chanel (Brandon), Austin, Landon, Mason, Josh (Caitlyn), Mitchell and Mackenzie. He is also survived by four great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the St. Henry Cemetery Fund or St. Henry Volunteer Fire Department.
