He was predeceased by: his sister Nancy Ross. He is survived by: his wife Marcia L. Sutherlin (Teaford); his son Mark (Karen Sutherlin); his granddaughter Aubrey Sutherlin; his brother-in-law Herschel Ross; his nephew Brad (Jeri Ross); and his nieces, Tammy (Jon Handy) and Marcia Jane Ross.
Memorial contributions may be made in memory of Herb to the Special Olympics of Putnam County.
