He was predeceased by: his sister Nancy Ross. He is survived by: his wife Marcia L. Sutherlin (Teaford); his son Mark (Karen Sutherlin); his granddaughter Aubrey Sutherlin; his brother-in-law Herschel Ross; and his sibling's children, Brad (Jeri Ross), Tammy (Jon Handy) and Marcia Jane Ross.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Hopkins-Rector Funeral Home (4 Percy L Julian Dr, Greencastle, IN 46135). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
Memorial contributions may be made in memory of Herb to the Special Olympics of Putnam County.
