He is survived by: his wife Sandra Kontio; his children, James Kontio (Meganne), Kristine Besola (Jeffry), Suzanne Pfunder (William), Jeffrey Kontio (Michele), Kathryn Scott (Michael), Rebecca Moyle (Patrick) and Peter Kontio (Constance); his grandchildren, Collin Kontio (Jacey), Clare Ham (Nathan), Mathew Besola (Erin), Melissa Darga (Tony), Brandon Besola (Kathy), Nichole Nicely (John), Patrick Terry (Mariah Gillespie), Jeffery Kontio, Jr., Jared Kontio (Leah Dompierre), Morgan Kari (Jake), Michael Scott (Tessa), Conrad Scott, Ryan Scott (Lexi), Samantha Uuro (Adam), Anthony Moyle, Madysen Kontio and Mykenna Kontio (Trevor Uren); his siblings, Arthur Loren Kontio (Marsha), Judith Brown (Kenneth) and Karen Kontio; and his sisters-in-law, Sandee Collins and Diane Koski (William). He is also survived by 15 great-grandchildren.
