He was predeceased by: his parents, Norma Stark (Austin) and Wilbur Stoewer; and his brother Raymond Stoewer. He is survived by: his children, Cecilia Gonzalez (Marcos), Shawn Stoewer and Jerry Stoewer; his grandsons, Anthony Stower and Antonio Gonzalez; his brothers, Roger and Matthew Stoewer; his nieces, Alisha and Michelle Stoewer; his nephew Cameron Stoewer; Frank Caudill. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
