He was predeceased by: his grandfather Donald Kuhn. He is survived by: his parents, Tammy Renee Kuhn (Blevins) and Michael Kuhn; his grandparents, Bill, Ann Blevins and Lula Mae Kuhn; his aunt Linda Smith (Don); and his uncles, Terry Kuhn (Lisa) and Tim Blevins (Tonya).
