He is survived by: his wife Patricia Hall (Kennedy); and his children, James H. Adkins of Indianapolis, Glen Adkins (Shauna) of Florida, Steve Adkins (Rob Grannis) of Anderson, Bob E. Hall of Indianapolis, Diane Hanna (Jim) of Anderson and Stephanie Witham (Chris) of Michigan. He is also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
