He was predeceased by: his parents, Turner Burl Rumble and Emma Vaughan Rumble. He is survived by: his wife Wilma Tegmeyer; his son Kevin Rumble (Taja Rumble) of Fishers, Indiana; his grandchildren, Darby Rumble of Fishers and Jackson Rumble (Keeley Rumble) of Pendleton, Indiana; his great grandchildren, Kaelynn, Kensley and Charley Rumble of Pendleton; and his brothers, Doyle and Jess.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, August 23rd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Randall & Roberts Fishers Mortuary (12010 Allisonville Rd, Fishers, IN 46038). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, August 23rd 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Carroll's name to the Autism Society of Indiana, https://www.autismsocietyofindiana.org are in the care of Randall & Roberts Fishers Mortuary in Fishers, Indiana.
