It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Christopher John Holtrey (Fishers, Indiana), born in Beech Grove, Indiana, who passed away on September 26, 2021, at the age of 28, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his parents, Dawn Therese Holtrey (Dugan) and Earnie Holtrey; his sisters, Caroline "Rose" Holtrey (Harrison David Adams) and Camille "Cami" Alan Holtrey; his daughter "Lullah" Mae Holtrey of Louisiana; his grandparents, Steve, Patricia Dagley, John C. "Jack" Dugan, Sr., Keith and Nancy Holtrey; his great-grandparent Earnest Tinkey; his cousins, John Dugan, Jr., Megan, Charlie Dugan, Erin Sheidan, Rob, Ben, Ryan Coomer, Douglas, Emma Dagley, Sarah, Riley, Kaden, Travis Snavley and Dede Hutmacher; and his pet Axel. He is also survived by other loving extended family members and beloved friends.
