She was predeceased by: her parents, Artus Seawright and Ethel Marie Troxel (Kuhns); her husband Richard Lee Maris; and her siblings, Donald Troxel and Betty Dougherty.
She is survived by: her daughters, Patricia Lowe (Skip), Nancy Maris, Vickie Carter (Jim), Karen Maris and LeeAnn Bird (Alan); her grandchildren, Jessica Schrader, Kyle Schrader (Lauren), Jordan Schrader, Tom Harber (Brooke), Michael Maris, Alex Bird, Haley Bird, Sarah Bird and Samantha Bird; and her great grandchildren, Lane, Grace, Emery Schrader and AJ Kelly. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, May 8th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Randall & Roberts Fishers Mortuary (12010 Allisonville Rd, Fishers, IN 46038). A funeral service was held on Friday, May 8th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
