He was predeceased by: his parents, Hiram Pierce and Florence Pierce (Carroll); and his brother Eugene Pierce. He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Pierce; his children, Annette Payne (Aaron), Edgar Pierce (Connie), William Pierce and Mark Pierce (Janice); his granddaughters, Amy Feugate and Jennifer Rice; his siblings-in-law, Dennis and Tanya Mahan; his sister Patricia Bass (Adrian); and also Britt Mahan. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; and many other family members and friends.
