He is survived by: his children, Jackie Gehrlein and Jerry Engel (Lily); his grandchildren, Jason Gehrlein (Krista), Bethany Colson (Marcus), Kevin Engel (Stephanie), Amanda Engel (Phil Richman), Ami Iaquinta (Aaron) and Robin Wollschleger (Brad Lerch); his great grandchildren, Hunter, Landon, Gionna, Gavin, Sophia, Jacob and Delaney; and his sister Beatrice Ward.
